Traffic tickets/Unsupervised Probation:
To determine the amount of money owed to the court, please include any of the information indicated below in your eMail to assist us in locating your case.
1. Your full name as it appears on the paperwork/ traffic citation.
2. The approximate date you were charged.
3. (Citations) The citation number printed at the top of the citation.
 (After conviction) .
 4 Provide the approximate time period you were in court

 

If you are inquiring about the amount due in making supervised probation payments, you should contact your probation officer.

Making Payments To The Court

The Clerk of Court receives all monies paid into the court system. Payment information is provided below. To determine costs for certain cases, select from the menu to the left.

1. All payments must be made by cash, a certified check or by a money order.

2. The Court does not accept personal checks.

3. All certified checks or money orders are to be made payable to the Clerk of Superior Court.

Making Payments In Person

Payment made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

Payments should be made at the Clerk of Superior Court's Office, Cashiers Section, located in Room 112 on the first floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse, 117 Dick Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina.     [Map]

When the courthouse is closed:
Payments should be made at the Magistrate's Office located in the Cumberland County Detention Center, 204 Gillespie Steet, Fayetteville, N.C. 2 blocks west of the courthouse The Magistrate's Office is on the first floor of that building. [Map]
