The Cumberland County Courthouse is located in downtown Fayetteville
approximately 4 blocks west of Highway 301 and Business I-95 in the city
block surrounded by Person
Street, E. Russell Street, Dick Street,
and Cool Springs Street.

The Cumberland County Detention contains the Magistrate’s
Office and the jail and is located in downtown Fayetteville approximately 5 blocks
west of Highway 301 and Business I-95 on the corner of E. Russell Street and Gillespie Street. (Approximately

The following facilities are found in the detention center: Magistrate’s Office and jail. Detention Court and Marriage by
Magistrate Ceremonies are also located in this building. The building is open 24/7.
The Cumberland County Law Enforcement Center, contains the
Sheriff’s Office is located in the building adjacent to the
