Juvenile Drug Treatment Court
Drug Treatment
Court is comprised of various Staff who seeks
the best interests of the parent of the juvenile and the community. The
Team is a partnership involving components of the juvenile justice
system, mental health system, and the treatment community. The Team
will link with organizations in the community and other agencies to
serve the best interests of the clients.
The Juvenile Drug
Treatment Court is a supervised treatment
program for offenders who seek to end the cycle of drug dependency and
criminal behavior.
Cumberland
County Juvenile Gang Intervention Court
The Gang Intervention Court is comprised of various staff who seeks the
best interests of the juvenile and the community. After a delinquent juvenile has been
determined by the court to be involved in gang activity, the juvenile
may be assigned to the court. The Team is a partnership involving
components of the juvenile justice system, mental health system, and
the treatment community. The Team will link with organizations in the
community and other agencies to serve the best interests of the
juvenile.
Traffic (Driver Safety) School
Traffic School
was created for delinquent juveniles after adjudication of violation of
motor vehicle offenses in our state. A team consisting of the Office of
the District Attorney, Office of Juvenile Justice and State Highway
Patrol work with the juvenile to promote driver safety.
Reclaiming the Future Court
A combination of “wrap around” services involving community agencies,
community leaders and service providers to reclaim the lives and the
future of our children.
