The Clerk of Superior Court cannot accept personal checks.
Cash, certified checks and money orders only. (Please do not place cash in the mail.)
When the courthouse
is closed
Payments maybe made at the Magistrate's Office located in the Cumberland County Detention
Center, 204 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, N.C.
2 blocks west of the courthouse The Magistrate's Office is on the first
