Jurors are paid pursuant to legislative mandate at the rate of $12.00 for the first day of service and at the rate of $20.00 for the second through the fifth day of service. Jurors involved in longer trials where jury service exceeds five days, are paid at the rate of $40.00 for each day starting on the sixth day of service through the balance of the trial. Verify your address on the front of your summons. If it is different, please write the correct address on the summons and provide it to the jury clerk when reporting.
