If you are using Internet Explorer and are having trouble downloading the original WordPerfect document or ZIP files you may need to reconfigure Internet Explorer. Do the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click [Tools]
3. Click [Internet Options..]
4. Click the [Advanced] tab
5. Make sure that the "Enable folder view for FTP sites" is unchecked.
6. Click [OK]

The method for downloading WordPerfect (version 5.1) copies of the opinions varies with different 'Web Browsers'. With Netscape and several other browsers your simply hold down the [Shift] key and click on the WordPerfect link with your mouse. Please reference the help section of your browser or manual.

Note: Many word processing programs can now read WordPerfect files. If in doubt, try downloading one and see if your word processor can handle the file.
