PER CURIAM.
Defendant pled guilty to two counts of robbery with a
dangerous weapon, two counts of resisting a public officer, and one
count of disorderly conduct. The court consolidated the
convictions and sentenced defendant within the aggravated range to
a minimum term of 86 months and a maximum term of 113 months.
Defendant's appointed counsel has filed a brief seeking review
pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 18 L. Ed. 2d 493,
reh'g denied, 388 U.S. 924, 18 L. Ed. 2d 1377 (1967). Counsel
attached to the brief a copy of a letter he wrote to defendant
advising defendant in accordance with Anders and State v. Kinch,
314 N.C. 99, 331 S.E.2d 665 (1985). In the letter counsel adviseddefendant of his right to file his own written arguments directly
with this Court. Counsel also provided defendant with a copy of
the transcript, the record on appeal, and the brief filed on
defendant's behalf. Defendant has not filed his own written
arguments.
Pursuant to Anders and Kinch, we have reviewed the record on
appeal for possible error to support a meaningful appeal. We are
unable to find error.
No error.
