    For the reasons given in Watson Electric Construction v. Summit Companies, et. al., ___ N.C. App. ___, ___ S.E.2d ___, (filed ___ October 2003), we summarily affirm the trial court's grant of summary judgment against Jimmy Connor Construction Company, Inc. on its claims of breach of contract, lien enforcement, lien on funds, and quantum meruit. Accordingly, the trial court's order is,
    Affirmed.
